Agree on activities, responsibilities and project objectives.
We agree the scope: activities, stakeholders, responsibilities and objectives. The path should be clear both to decision makers and to those carrying out the work.

Support the decisions and activities agreed together.
Support follows the agreed activities, discussions with the people involved and progress reviews. Any new requirements are reconsidered together.

The extent of support depends on the problem: a technology choice, process organization or a commercial initiative. Activities and ways of working are defined before work begins.
